CONGRATULATIONS to our own Shelly Cheng who not only represented SCRWC and the great State of Tennessee at the recent 43rd Biennial Convention of the National Federation of Republican Women in Orlando, FL, but also was elected Corresponding Secretary for Tennessee Federation of Republican Women at the TNFRW 35th Biennial Convention in Chattanooga, TN. We are so proud of you, Shelly!
