President Trump

This month, over 21,000 people and I attended the RNC Mid Term Convention in Dallas. It certainly reinforced the Shelby County Republican Women's Club motto,

‘We Are The Life of The Party’.

It was a two day party for sure. We laughed, clapped, danced in place, held up flags and even became teary when those held unlawfully captive by foreign governments stood on the podium with signs showing their days of captivity. President Trump has been engaged in the release of 110 individuals.

His accomplishments the last two years has put us back on a path of free enterprise and free from government intrusion.

Did you know he has encouraged our Republican Legislators (All Dems voted against this) to vote for

--No Tax on Tips

--No Tax on Overtime

--Lowered Drug Costs

He and his team have grown our economy by 22 Trillion dollars!

My favorite speakers were Reverend Robert Jeffries and Robert Kennedy. Please take the time to listen or watch their speeches.

My takeaway from the Convention besides meeting so many Americans from other States and cultures is how much I love and appreciate even more this land of America. My new acquaintance, a naturalized citizen, said it best, ‘for freedom there is no other country to go to but America. -Pam Proctor
