Tracking your Volunteer Hours

Attached are a few versions of the volunteer report that I typed. I opted to retype so that when distributed, members who know how to use Excel and Word by Microsoft or Numbers and Pages by Apple could type in their reports and send it electronically without the volunteer data entry person having to retype all the information. I also included a pdf version for those who would rather hand write the information, but need to print out the form. I also made a high res version of the original form, in case that was your preference. Everyone now have options they can distribute to members based on their preferences and can download from the website for general distribution.
